04:53 PM EDT, 05/17/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Polestar (PSNY) said Friday it has received a deficiency notice from Nasdaq for failing to file its annual report on Form 20-F for the fiscal year ended Dec. 31, 2023.

The notice has no immediate impact on the listing of its securities, the company said.

Polestar has 60 calendar days from the date of the notice to submit a compliance plan and if Nasdaq accepts the plan, the company may be granted until Nov. 11 to regain compliance.
