07:43 AM EDT, 09/18/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Pollard Banknote ( PBKOF ) Thursday said it won a contract to become the National Lottery of Belgium, Loterie Nationale's gaming platform provider.

The company said the 12-year contract has an estimated value of about C$289 million. The formal award of the contract is subject to a mandatory 15-day standstill period pursuant to Belgian procurement law.

"We are honoured that Loterie Nationale has entrusted us with this opportunity and excited to expand our long-standing instant ticket supply relationship with them into the digital realm," said Pollard Banknote ( PBKOF ) co-chief executive Doug Pollard.

Shares of the company closed up 0.6% to $19.81 on the Toronto Stock Exchange Wednesday.
