PowerSchool Holdings' Q1 Non-GAAP Earnings Decline, Revenue Increases

05:42 AM EDT, 05/08/2024 (MT Newswires) -- PowerSchool Holdings ( PWSC ) reported Q1 non-GAAP earnings late Tuesday of $0.17 per diluted share, down from $0.18 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $0.20.

Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was $185 million, compared with $159.5 million a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $184.7 million.

The company said it expects Q2 revenue of $192 million to $197 million. Analysts polled by Capital IQ expect $196.1 million.

PowerSchool ( PWSC ) said it expects full-year revenue of $786 million to $792 million. Analysts polled by Capital IQ expect $789.3 million.
