Praxis Precision Medicines Files $750 Million Mixed-Securities Shelf Registration

12:30 PM EST, 03/05/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Praxis Precision Medicines ( PRAX ) filed a registration statement Tuesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission to sell up to $750 million of common stock, preferred stock, debt securities, warrants and units from time-to-time.

Proceeds from the sale of securities will be used to fund research and clinical development of the company's current or additional product candidates, the company said.

Price: 53.50, Change: -1.21, Percent Change: -2.21
