Praxis Precision Medicines Plans Public Equity Offering

04:25 PM EDT, 03/27/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Praxis Precision Medicines ( PRAX ) said late Wednesday it plans a public offering of common shares and prefunded warrants to purchase common shares.

The company said it also plans to grant the underwriters a 30-day overallotment option to purchase up to an additional 15% shares.

The size and pricing of the offering was not disclosed.
