02:09 PM EST, 11/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Precision Optics ( POCI ) said Tuesday it received an order to design and build a borescope system to inspect the inside of jet engines for an undisclosed aerospace and defense company.

The initial $678,000 order covers development of a high-end, small-diameter borescope in multiple configurations, capable of delivering greater-than-1080p high-definition resolution and engineered to withstand the extreme conditions inside jet engines, the company said.

Shares of Precision Optics ( POCI ) were up nearly 19% in recent trading.
