Premier Financial Q4 Core Earnings, Revenue Increase

04:58 PM EST, 01/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Premier Financial (PFC) reported Q4 core earnings late Tuesday of $0.63 per diluted share, up from $0.56 a year earlier.

Three analysts polled by FactSet forecast $0.51.

Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31, expressed as the sum of net interest income and noninterest income, rose to $65.4 million from $64.3 million a year earlier. Two analysts surveyed by FactSet projected $63.9 million.

The company maintained a quarterly dividend of $0.31 per share, payable on Feb. 7 to shareholders of record on Jan. 31.

Shares of the company were up 1.3% in recent after-hours activity.
