Premier's Fiscal Q3 Adjusted Earnings, Net Revenue Fall; Raises Fiscal 2025 Adjusted EPS Guidance

09:02 AM EDT, 05/06/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Premier (PINC) reported fiscal Q3 adjusted earnings Tuesday of $0.44 per share, down from $0.49 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.30.

Net revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was $261.4 million, down from $286.9 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $240.5 million.

The company said it now expects fiscal 2025 adjusted EPS of $1.37 to $1.43, compared with the prior guidance of $1.26 to $1.34. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $1.29.

The company now expects fiscal 2025 net revenue, excluding Contigo Health, of $955 million to $995 million, compared with the previous outlook of $940 million to $1.01 billion. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $981.9 million.
