02:58 PM EDT, 10/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Prenetics Global ( PRE ) said Tuesday it has closed its best efforts public offering of Class A shares and warrants, raising about $44 million for the health sciences company.

The company said it plans to use the proceeds to expand its flagship consumer brand, IM8, and to accumulate Bitcoin.

Shares were over 5% lower in recent trading.
