- News Corp ( NWSA ) and Australian telecom company Telstra ( TTRAF )

have agreed to sell jointly-owned Foxtel to sports

streaming service DAZN Group, a deal that values the pay

television company at more than $2.1 billion.

-BNP Paribas said its BNP Paribas Cardif insurance

business and AXA signed a deal for the 5.1 billion-euro ($5.32

billion) purchase of AXA Investment Managers.

-Swisscom said that both Italy's competition

watchdog and the Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy

cleared its acquisition of Vodafone Italia.

-Singapore Post has fired its group chief

executive and two other senior leaders after finding them

negligent in the handling of a whistleblower report related to

the company's international business operations.
