Total net revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was $570 million, up from $161.3 million a year earlier.

The mortgage lending company said it anticipates Q2 production in the range of $28 billion to $35 billion.

The company maintained its quarterly dividend at $0.10 per Class A common share, payable July 11 to shareholders of record as of June 20.
