06:47 AM EDT, 03/20/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Prestige Consumer Healthcare Inc ( PBH ) said Friday that it will acquire the Breathe Right brand and other assets from Foundation Consumer Healthcare for $1.04 billion, or about $900 million net of tax benefits.

The deal expands Prestige into the nasal strip category, the company said. The acquired business generated about $200 million in revenue and $95 million in EBITDA in 2025, according to Prestige. The company said the deal will be immediately accretive to margins and earnings.

The transaction will be funded through cash and new debt, with closing expected in the H1 of fiscal 2027, subject to regulatory approval, the company added.
