07:52 AM EST, 12/10/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Prime Mining ( PRMNF ) reported Tuesday expansion drilling results from its Los Reyes project in Mexico.

Highlights from the Guadalupe East area include 42.07 grams per tonne (g/t) gold equivalent over 1.0 meter and 5.32 g/t gold equivalent over 2.4 meters.

"Guadalupe East continues to provide exceptional high-grade results," CEO Scott Hick said, adding that results "demonstrate the potential for further expansion of mineralized material, amenable for underground extraction."

The company's share price rose 5.2% yesterday to $1.62 on the TSX.
