Primech's Board Approves Up to 20% Share Buyback

01:12 PM EDT, 05/01/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Primech ( PMEC ) said Thursday that its board approved the repurchase of up to 20% of its outstanding stock, subject to shareholders' approval.

Shares of the company were up 3.7% in recent trading.
