05:54 PM EDT, 08/27/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Primis Financial ( FRST ) said late Tuesday it received a noncompliance notice from Nasdaq for failing to timely file its report for the quarter ended June 30 on Form 10-Q with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.

Primis Financial ( FRST ) has also failed to submit its quarterly and annual reports for Q1 and 2023, respectively.

The company said it has until Sept. 30 to file the reports and it intends to submit an update to its plan to regain compliance no later than Sept. 5.

Primis Financial ( FRST ) said it is in the process of completing the reports and plans to file as soon as practicable.
