Prismo Metals Co-Founder Steps Down as Chief Executive to Assume Chief Exploration Officer Role

02:00 PM EDT, 05/01/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Prismo Metals ( PMOMF ) said Wednesday co-founder Craig Gibson has stepped down as chief executive to assume the role of chief exploration officer.

In this role, Gibson will focus more on the execution of field programs and exploration strategies, the company said.

The company has tapped Steve Robertson as its new president. Robertson has been serving as a technical adviser to Prismo since January 2023.

Alain Lambert, currently executive chairman of the company, will now serve as CEO of Prismo.

The company's shares jumped over 10% on last look on Wednesday.
