08:55 AM EDT, 08/14/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Proficient Auto Logistics ( PAL ) has completed its deal to acquire Hansen & Adkins, the company said Friday.

The combined enterprise is now the largest auto hauler in North America, hauling about a quarter of the new vehicle transportation market, the company said.

Proficient expects to move more than 4 million vehicles annually, the company said.

Integration is expected to be completed in early 2027, while the Hansen & Adkins name and brand will remain as the largest company within Proficient, the company said.
