05:49 PM EDT, 09/30/2024 (MT Newswires) -- ProQR Therapeutics ( PRQR ) on Monday filed a registration statement covering the sale of up to $375 million of its securities from time to time.

The filing covers the offering up to $300 million of ordinary shares, warrants and units, and up to $75 million of ordinary shares that may be issued under a 2021 Controlled Equity Offering Sales Agreement with Cantor Fitzgerald & Co.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, the company said.
