Provident Industrial Expands Portfolio with Flex Industrial Acquisition in Alpharetta, GA
Oct 16, 2025 6:50 AM

DALLAS, Oct. 16, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Provident Industrial, a division of Dallas-based Provident, has acquired 3000 Marconi Drive, a fully leased flex industrial building in Alpharetta, Georgia. This is Provident Industrial's first investment in the state of Georgia and entry into the Atlanta market.

Located just a mile from GA-400 and less than 30 miles from downtown Atlanta, the property supports mission-critical operations for a national credit tenant. Situated in Alpharetta – an affluent suburb known for its strong technology infrastructure and business-friendly environment – the area is often referred to as "Transaction Alley," where a robust and redundant fiber network supports over 70% of U.S. credit card transactions. Given 3000 Marconi's strategic location and investment-grade tenancy, Provident plans to hold the asset as a long-term investment.

"This acquisition demonstrated Provident's continued discipline in targeting high-quality assets in strong markets while delivering attractive, risk-adjusted returns for our investor," said Market Officer Chris Martin.
