Prudential Financial Names Andrew Sullivan as Chief Executive

05:55 AM EST, 12/04/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Prudential Financial ( PRU ) said Tuesday it appointed Andrew Sullivan to succeed Charles Lowrey as chief executive, effective March 31.

Sullivan leads Prudential's international businesses and global investment management.

Lowrey will remain as executive chairman of the board for 18 months, the company said.

Meanwhile, Vice Chair Robert Falzon will step down from the board, effective March 31, and retire from the company, effective July 11.
