06:55 AM EDT, 07/31/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Pursuit Attractions and Hospitality ( PRSU ) completed the sale of its Flyover flying theater attraction business to Brogent Technologies for $75 million, the company said Friday.

The purchase price was reduced from the previously agreed $78.4 million to $75 million, with the reduction more than offset by Flyover's earnings during the extended April-to-July closing period, the company said.

Pursuit said the sale supports its strategy to focus on its core attractions and hospitality businesses while increasing capacity for growth investments, acquisitions and share repurchases.
