04:12 PM EST, 01/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Qorvo ( QRVO ) reported fiscal Q3 non-GAAP earnings late Tuesday of $1.61 per diluted share, down from $2.10 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.21.

Revenue in the three months ended Dec. 28 fell to $916.3 million from $1.07 billion a year earlier. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $902.6 million.

The company expects fiscal Q4 non-GAAP diluted EPS of $0.90 to $1.10 on revenue of $850 million, plus or minus $25 million. Analysts expect EPS of $0.87 on revenue of $842.8 million.
