Yunhong Green CTI Gets Non-Compliance Notification From Nasdaq; Shares Fall

11:11 AM EDT, 08/22/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Yunhong Green CTI ( YHGJ ) said Thursday it has received a notice from Nasdaq indicating its non-compliance with a listing rule because it has not filed its 10-Q report for the period ended June 30.

Yunhong said it filed a plan to regain compliance no later than Sept. 27, which was accepted by the stock exchange. The company also said it must update the plan to regain compliance no later than Sept. 3.

The company said it plans to file an updated plan to regain compliance before the deadline.

Yunhong shares were falling past 8% in recent trading.
