05:52 PM EDT, 08/22/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Quantum Computing ( QUBT ) said Thursday it received a noncompliance notice from Nasdaq for not timely filing its report for the quarter ended June 30 on Form 10-Q.

The company said it submitted an updated plan to the Nasdaq and has until Dec. 16 to regain compliance.

Quantum said it will file the reports for quarters ending March 31 and June 30 after its newly appointed public accounting firm BPM completes the 2023 fiscal year audit.
