09:27 AM EDT, 07/05/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Quebecor (QBR-B.TO, QBR-A.TO) on Friday said it fulfilled the nine commitments made by its Videotron subsidiary to Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada (ISED) when it acquired Freedom Mobile on April 3, 2023.

Quebecor said it has committed to maintaining the prices of wireless plans by introducing a Mobility Price Freeze Guarantee, lowering wireless prices through affordable mobile packages, and extending Freedom Mobile and Fizz services to Manitoba and other Canadian markets while offering low-cost 5G plans.
