09:53 AM EDT, 08/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Quest Diagnostics ( DGX ) said Tuesday that it had completed its acquisition of select clinical testing assets from Fresenius Medical Care's Spectra Laboratories, which provides renal-specific laboratory testing services in the US.

Quest said it expects to complete the acquisition of select dialysis-related water testing assets by the end of the year.

Quest also said that, under a separate laboratory services agreement, it will start to provide dialysis-related services for centers operated by Fresenius Medical Care in the US later this month.
