06:16 AM EDT, 07/16/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Teck Resources Ltd ( TECK ) said Monday that it has increased the maximum offers to buy its outstanding notes from $1.25 billion to about $1.38 billion to accept all notes in full.

The offers expired on Monday and the initial settlement date is expected to be Wednesday.

The company said that about $1.37 billion of the notes were validly tendered by the expiration date and not validly withdrawn.
