QXO Extends Deadline for Acquisition of Beacon Roofing Supply

08:28 AM EDT, 03/19/2025 (MT Newswires) -- QXO (QXO) said it was extending the deadline for its all-cash offer to acquire all outstanding shares of Beacon Roofing Supply ( BECN ) for $124.25 per share until Wednesday at 5 pm ET. The offer was originally scheduled to expire on Tuesday.

As of 5:00 pm ET on Tuesday, about 12.78 million shares had been tendered, representing about 20.76% of Beacon's outstanding shares, QXO said.

QXO shares were down 3.5% in recent premarket trading, while Beacon Roofing was up 1%
