05:47 PM EDT, 06/03/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Radiant Logistics ( RLGT ) said late Monday it acquired the operations of transportation and logistics services provider Cascade Transportation.

Part of the expected purchase price is payable in subsequent periods, subject to future performance of the acquired operations, the company said.

Cascade will continue under the existing leadership and operate as Radiant Global Logistics on a post-closing basis, Radiant Logistics ( RLGT ) said.

Radiant shares were up nearly 2% in after-hours activity.
