Radiant Logistics Buys Operating Partner Viking Worldwide

04:25 PM EDT, 04/03/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Radiant Logistics ( RLGT ) said late Wednesday it has bought the operations of Viking Worldwide, which has operated under Radiant's Service By Air brand since 2012.

The deal was structured with part of the purchase price payable in subsequent periods based on the performance of the operations, Radiant said.

Viking will keep operating under the Service By Air brand and will move to the Radiant brand during this year, the company said.

Financial details weren't provided.
