RadNet Gets $100 Million Incremental Loan to Back Acquisitions, Corporate Projects

05:21 PM EDT, 06/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- RadNet ( RDNT ) said late Wednesday it has signed an amendment to its credit agreement under which Barclays ( BCS ) will provide the company a $100 million incremental term loan.

The additional term loan will mature on April 18, 2031, which is also the maturity date of the $868.4 million balance of the term loan under an existing credit agreement, the company said.

Proceeds of the incremental loan will be used to back acquisitions and for general corporate purposes, RadNet ( RDNT ) said.
