04:26 AM EDT, 09/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Rapport Therapeutics ( RAPP ) said late Tuesday it priced a public offering of about 9.6 million shares at $26 each, targeting roughly $250 million in gross proceeds.

The company granted underwriters a 30-day overallotment option to purchase up to 1.4 million additional shares.

The offering is expected to close by Thursday.

Rapport shares were down 2.6% in recent premarket activity Wednesday.
