08:06 AM EDT, 06/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Ravelin Properties REIT (RPR-UN.TO), previously known as Slate Office REIT (SOT-UN.TO), said Monday that it appointed Calvin Younger as chair of the board of trustees.
George Armoyan is stepping down from the chair role and will continue to serve as a member of the board, the company said. Younger previously held roles with CIBC and was a partner with Ernst & Young, according to Ravelin.
"Calvin's long-standing commercial real estate sector experience and his business relationships, particularly in the lending arena, are invaluable to the REIT," said Shant Poladian, CEO and trustee of Ravelin. "Our recent board additions have strengthened the REIT's corporate governance as we lay the groundwork for the REIT's long-term recovery and future growth."
Ravelin's share price fell 6.7% on Friday to $0.35 on the TSX.
