Raymond James Financial Prices $1.5 Billion Worth of Debt

05:04 AM EDT, 09/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Raymond James Financial ( RJF ) said late Tuesday it has priced an underwritten public offering of $650 million worth of 4.900% senior notes due 2035 and $850 million worth of 5.650% senior notes due 2055.

The net proceeds from the offering, expected to close Thursday, will be used for general corporate purposes, the company said.
