11:18 AM EDT, 03/25/2024 (MT Newswires) -- RBC Capital Markets said over the weekend that Nutrien Ltd. ( NTR ) 's share price rose 1% week over week to $53.6.

RBC said its Nutrien ( NTR ) indicator was positive due to higher nitrogen prices, lower natural gas costs and higher crop prices.

According to RBC, fertilizer equities rose slightly while fertilizer prices were mixed while noting that the seasonal lift in prices from the North American Spring season has started to wane.

"Overall, investor sentiment remains tempered, with many still citing lack of clear catalysts near-term with a general preference for nitrogen vs. phosphate and potash," RBC said.
