RCI Hospitality's Fiscal Q4 Club, Restaurant Sales Decline
Oct 9, 2025 7:45 AM

10:14 AM EDT, 10/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- RCI Hospitality ( RICK ) said Thursday that its fiscal Q4 club and restaurant sales fell 3.1% year over year to $69.8 million, while same-store sales declined 6.3%.

Nightclub sales for the fiscal quarter ended Sept. 30 were up 0.4% from a year earlier to $60.5 million, with same-store sales down 4.4%.

Newly acquired and rebranded clubs contributed additional sales in fiscal Q4, partially offsetting declines from lower same-store sales and lost revenue from club closures, RCI said.

Bombshells' sales dropped more than 21% year over year to $9.4 million in the quarter due to prior closures and divestitures of underperforming units, partly offset by the opening of new locations in Denver and Lubbock, Texas. Same-store sales at Bombshells were down about 20%, the company said.

Shares of the company fell 1.1% in recent trading.
