Ready Capital Launching Public Offering of Senior Unsecured Notes Due 2029

10:02 AM EST, 12/03/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Ready Capital ( RC ) said Tuesday it is launching an underwritten public offering of senior unsecured notes due 2029.

The real estate finance company said it plans to use the net proceeds to originate or acquire assets that align with its investment strategy and for general corporate purposes.

The terms of the offering will be finalized at the time of pricing, the company said, adding that it intends to list the notes on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "RCD."

Shares of Ready Capital ( RC ) were down 3.7% in recent Tuesday trading.

Price: 7.33, Change: -0.24, Percent Change: -3.17
