Realme launches U1 with 25MP selfie camera: Specifications, features, price, etc...

Realme on Wednesday launched Realme U1 in India for Rs 11,999 (3GB RAM/32GB inbuilt storage variant). The company claimed that Realme U1 is the first smartphone in the world to spot the Helio P70 SoC hardware unveiled by MediaTek back in October 2018.

The 4GB RAM/ 64GB storage model is priced at Rs 14,499. The phone will be available on Amazon.in from December 5.

The key features of the Realme U1 are its 6.3-inch display with a waterdrop notch, dual rear camera setup, 25-megapixel front camera and AI (artificial intelligence) based face unlock.

The phone comes with three colour options - Ambitious Black, Brave Blue, and Fiery Gold.

Realme is offering 5 percent cash back on SBI cards, no-cost EMIs, and Jio benefits up to Rs 5,750 and up to 4.2TB Jio 4G data.

Realme U1 runs ColorOS 5.2 based on Android 8.1 Oreo. It sports a 6.3-inch full-HD+ (1080x2340 pixels) LCD display with a 19.5:9 aspect ratio.

The Realme U1 is equipped with a dual rear camera setup with a 13-megapixel primary sensor and a 2-megapixel secondary sensor, with an LED flash.

At the front, the Realme U1 has a 25-megapixel Sony IMX576 sensor with 1.8-micron pixel. There is also a fingerprint sensor on the rear panel. The Realme U1 comes with a 3,500mAh battery.
