Red Cat Raises $46.75 Million From Direct Offering

04:23 PM EDT, 06/18/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Red Cat ( RCAT ) said late Wednesday it has closed its direct offering of almost 6.45 million shares to institutional investors, resulting in gross proceeds of about $46.75 million.

The drone technology company said it plans to use the net proceeds for general corporate and working capital purposes.
