Re/Max Reports Increase in October Home Sales

05:54 PM EST, 11/14/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Re/Max ( RMAX ) said Thursday its October home sales increased 6.7% from September and 8.4% compared with a year earlier.

The company said home sales have already exceeded 2023 levels in six of the 10 reported months this year.

The median sale price of $430,000 in October was up 0.3% from September and 4.9% higher compared with a year earlier.
