Repligen ( RGEN ) said in a regulatory filing that it believes it has contained the incident discovered on July 9 and that no systems were encrypted by malware. It has reported the incident to law enforcers and sought assistance from external cybersecurity experts.

Repligen ( RGEN ) also said it does not expect the incident to have any material impact on its financial condition or results of operations. The incident has not disrupted its business or operations and its information systems remain operational.
