RESAAS Expands on New Agreement With RE/MAX
Apr 3, 2025 4:42 AM

07:22 AM EDT, 04/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- RESAAS Services ( RSASF ) overnight Wednesday provided additional information on its new agreement with RE/MAX, LLC.

RESAAS said it generates revenue from multiple channels, under the deal, including a setup fee, recurring monthly license fees, and variable transaction fees. The company said the setup fee has been paid in full and billing for monthly license fees has started. The recurring monthly license fee will result in an about 50% increase in revenue for the company.

The company expects to generate potentially "significant" additional revenues from the variable transaction fee, although the quantum is dependent on future transaction volume.

Shares of the company closed down 1.2% to $0.4 on Wednesday on the TSX Venture Exchange.
