Resideo Technologies Upsizes, Prices 6.5% Notes Due 2032

05:10 PM EDT, 07/10/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Resideo Technologies ( REZI ) said Wednesday its Resideo Funding unit priced a $600 million private offering of 6.5% notes due 2032 at par of their principal amount.

The offering represented an increase of $100 million from the previous offering size, the firm said. The offering will close July 17.

The firm said it plans to use the proceeds to repay part of the debt under its senior secured Term B loans maturing Feb. 21, 2028.
