Resources Connection Chairman Donald Murray Resigns

05:28 AM EDT, 07/31/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Resources Connection ( RGP ) said late Tuesday that Donald Murray has resigned as chairman, effective July 26.

Murray founded the company in 1996.

The board appointed A. Robert Pisano as interim chairman. Pisano has been a director at the company since 2002 and lead independent director since 2004.

David White will succeed Pisano as named lead independent director.
