RevoluGROUP Canada's Board Chair Retires Due to Health Reasons

01:38 PM EDT, 06/18/2024 (MT Newswires) -- RevoluGROUP Canada ( MPSFF ). (REVO.V) said Tuesday board chair Bernard Lonis resigned, effective immediately, due to ongoing health concerns.

Lonis initially stepped aside from his duties on May 1 when he was admitted in hospital.

"Although I am recovering correctly, I am going to listen to this "wake up call" my body has sent me and change my professional rhythm in all the companies and organizations where I am involved. Including Revolugroup where I will only stay as a major shareholder," Lonis said in a statement:

The company's board will launch a search for Lonis' successor.

The company's shares were last seen down $0.01 to $0.03 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
