Reynolds Consumer Products Files Mixed Shelf

12:13 PM EDT, 05/08/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Reynolds Consumer Products ( REYN ) filed an automatic shelf registration statement Wednesday for the sale of securities from time to time.

The shelf registration includes debt securities, guarantees of debt securities, common stock, preferred stock, depositary shares, purchase contracts, units and warrants, the company said in a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company said it will use net proceeds for general corporate purposes, including capital expenses, working capital, debt repayment or reduction and the financing of business acquisitions.

Reynolds shares were up nearly 1% in recent trading.
