08:48 AM EDT, 03/13/2026 (MT Newswires) -- RFA Financial ( RFAFF ) Friday declared an initial prorated dividend of $0.22 per share for the period from Feb. 1 to March 31.

The initial dividend will be paid on April 15 to shareholders of record on March 31.

On Feb. 1, RFA Capital Holdings and Artis REIT completed their business combination. RFA then implemented a three-to-one common share consolidation. After adjusting for this consolidation, the expected dividend is $0.33 per share quarterly (or $1.32 annually).

The initial dividend has been adjusted to reflect the share consolidation and prorated for the two-month period from the closing of the arrangement to the end of the quarter, the company said.
