Ribbon Communications Approves Share Buyback for Up to $50 Million; Stock Jumps

11:21 AM EDT, 06/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Ribbon Communications ( RBBN ) approved a stock repurchase program for up to $50 million.

The buyback will run from Thursday to Dec. 31, 2027, the company said Tuesday in a statement.

The company's shares rose 13% in recent Tuesday trading.
