Rich Sparkle Closes Initial Public Offering

05:07 PM EDT, 07/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Rich Sparkle ( ANPA ) said late Wednesday it has completed its initial public offering of 1.25 million shares at $4 apiece, raising $5 million for the company.

Underwriters have a 45-day option to buy up to 187,500 additional shares, the firm said. The stock started trading Tuesday.
