Rogers Communications Prices Tender Offers for Canadian Dollar Debt Securities

03:14 PM EDT, 07/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Rogers Communications ( RCIAF ) on Monday priced its tender offers for its Canadian dollar debt securities.

The total consideration for 4.25% senior notes due 2049 was 872.77 Canadian dollars ($637.74) per CA$1,000 principal amount of such series; 2.90% senior notes due 2030 was CA$956.74; 3.30% senior notes due 2029 was CA$981.51; and 3.25% senior notes due 2029 was CA$985.74, the company said.

The remaining series were 4.25% senior notes due 2032 and 3.65% senior notes due 2027, the company said.

As of date, a total of CA$1.20 billion has been accepted by the company for purchase. The settlement for each of the notes for cash is expected on July 23, the company said.

Shares of the company were up 1.3% in recent trading.
